DEPOSITS
Deposits for training sessions are non refundable. Deposits are taken to secure your appointment and block out this section in the diary, If you cancel we then may not be able to offer this time to someone else and not be able to fill this space in the diary. Your deposit will be lost.
Training Courses and workshops
These are to be paid in full to secure your place within that class. We are unable to refund any payments if you are unable to make a class, this is because we are unable to fill your space on a ad-hoc basis as that person may not be up to class standards. If we have to cancel a class due to adverse weather reasons or any other reason which is unavoidable we will provide an alternative date.
Subscription Service
SUBSCRIPTIONS
All subscriptions remain valid until cancelled. No refunds are offered on any subscription service. You may stay in the group for the month of your last payment and then you will be removed.
Dog training sessions either 1:1, classes or home visits are still charged in full if cancelled within 24 hours.
Exemptions may apply at our discretion.
